Cancellations

If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Keratin and straightening service appointments as well as advanced color appointments will require a 50% of service deposit upon booking. Should you cancel or no show more than two times, you will be required to leave a credit card on file for future appointments, and will be charged the full price of service cancellation fee. 

Our text message confirmation service does not acknowledge respond texts other than 'C' to confirm. Please do NOT text this number to cancel. In order to cancel an appointment, you must call the salon directly, or email us! 

Booking an online appointment requires a credit card. You will NOT be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours online, in which case you will be charged a 50% service fee. For extenuating circumstances (emergency, sickness, etc.) please CALL the salon to cancel the appointment! 

Reservation Time

Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you and your hair needs. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, it will have to be rescheduled to allow the proper amount of time for your service, and depending on the appointment type may qualify for a cancellation fee. Please call the salon if you are going to be late to any reserved appointment!

*Express color appointments have no wiggle room! If you are late for your reserved appointment, you must reschedule!

Retail Returns

We will accept retail that is un-opened and unused for a full refund within 10 days of purchase! Any open and used retail may be returned for an exact ammount retail credit within 10 days of purchase as well! Boutique purchases can be returned for store credit. After the 10 day mark, retail can not be returned or exchanged.

Children

The salon is a calm and relaxing environment for our clients, so we would ask that you do not bring children that will be left unattended during appointments. You are liable for your children when they are in the salon. 

New Clients

In order to provide our clients with the best possible experience, custom tailored to your individual needs, a new client haircut requires extra time. If you are a new client and are booking online, please do so using the 'New client haircut' service. We don't want to rush through getting to know you! If the time you wanted is not available online, please call the salon!
