Cancellations
If you must cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so 48 hours in advance. Your appointment reservation is held specifically for you, and is difficult to fill last minute. If an appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less in advance, you will be charged a 100% of service fee. All advanced color services (including vivids, balayage,& color correction) and straightening services will require a valid credit card on file at the time of reserving. This card will only be charged in the event of a 24 hour or less cancellation. If you must cancel under 24 hours for extenuating circumstances, please call or email the salon to avoid the fee. The salon is closed on Mondays, and as such if you must cancel a Tuesday appointment, please email the salon by Sunday to avoid the fee. If you use our online system and must cancel, please utilize the 'comment' section!.Thank you for your understanding!
Reservation Time
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you and your hair needs. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, it will have to be rescheduled to allow the proper amount of time for your service, and depending on the appointment type may qualify for a cancellation fee. Please call the salon if you are going to be late to any reserved appointment!
*Express color appointments have no wiggle room! If you are late for your reserved appointment, you must reschedule!
Retail Returns
We will accept retail that is un-opened and unused for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Any open and used retail may be returned for an exact amount retail credit within 10 days of purchase as well. Boutique purchases can be returned for store credit. After the 10 day mark, retail can not be returned or exchanged.
Children
The salon is a calm and relaxing environment for our clients, so we would ask that you do not bring children that will be left unattended during appointments. You are liable for your children when they are in the salon.
New Clients
In order to provide our clients with the best possible experience, custom tailored to your individual needs, a new client haircut requires extra time. If you are a new client and are booking online, please do so using the 'New client haircut' service. We don't want to rush through getting to know you! If the time you wanted is not available online, please call the salon!
