Appointment procedures

  • Only 1 person will be allowed in the studio at a time! Unfortunately, this means no additional persons can be anywhere in the studio space at any time during your appointment! If you have someone with you, we ask that they please remain in the car for the duration of the appointment.

  • You will be required to wear a mask at all times during your appointment! For obvious reasons, only masks that are secured around the ears and not the back of the head. We will not be taking any clients without proper face covering! This is for your continued safety, as well as ours!

  • We will be taking a temperature check before your appointment. We are doing so with a forehead thermometer, again to ensure the safety of everyone involved!

  • We are accepting CONTACTLESS PAY ONLY! Our online software system has added additional security methods to support contactless pay during this time. Please log on to, or create, a client account ( you can do so by heading to our website and clicking on online booking) and add a valid credit card. We will ONLY be using credit cards on file for payment / tip. You will still check out at the desk, but cash and physical credit cards will not be accepted. Gift cards and online gift cards WILL be accepted at this time! 

  • You must TEXT check in when you arrive in the parking lot! Please wait for a return confirmation text that it is clear to enter the building. This is to ensure our 1 person in at a time policy!

  • Because we are taking extensive measures to keep the studio sanitized and thoroughly disinfected at all times, and since we are operating on a 1 on 1 basis, we ask that you please do not be late to your appointment. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any appointments that are more that 10 minutes late at this time. 

  • We ask that you come with your hair CLEAN. We will not be shampooing for the first 2 weeks back to the studio, to limit contact as much as possible. Your hair DOES NOT need to be wet, we will wet it down upon arrival! We just ask that it is clean and free from any product at the time of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding! 

  • Lash and Makeup appointments will not be accepted until end of June / beginning of July, to ensure limited contact and safety! 


  • All of our temporary policies are borne out of the necessity to keep your health and safety as our number 1 priority. Limiting contact as much as possible is the smartest way to keep everyone healthy!

  • We will be taking 15 minutes in between each client to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize the entirety of the studio space. 

  • Masks will be worn at all times by both Lilly & Casey

  • Hand Sanitizer will be available to you both in the studio and at the front desk


  • If you would like to purchase retail and do not have an upcoming appointment, please call, text, or email the salon with your preferred order! We will only be accepting contactless pay for retail purchases at this time! When you arrive to the studio for pick up, please text us and we will bring your order to your car! *please note- not all retail may be in stock, please call for availability

  • We will be reverting to our scheduling software for future emails as of next week! If you have unsubscribed from emails in the past, please re-subscribe in your client portal in order to receive client emails! 

  • Your appointment time may have to be adjusted within a 10 to 15 minute window, to allow for the proper 15 minute cleaning buffer. Please read all text and email confirmation times thoroughly! 

  • The confirmation text messages you receive are generated through our scheduling system! Because of this, responses will not be received! If you need to text the salon, please only do so to the salon phone # - 410-567-6498 (please allow 24 hours for a response)

  • No coffee, cookies, or communal snacks of any kind will be available at this time, though there are a plethora of food and drink options in the immediate area available to you!
